Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Consent

Gaje Contracting uses an AI-assisted front desk to answer customer calls and website requests. This page explains our text messaging (SMS) program, how you consent (opt in) to receive texts from us, the messages we send, and how to opt out.

How you opt in (consent)

We only text people who ask us to. There are two ways you give consent, and each is explicit and active - we never pre-check a box, and agreeing to texts is never required to use our services:

1. By phone. When you call our business line, our assistant asks for your permission on the call - "Is it okay if we text you at this number about your request?" - and only sends a text if you say yes. Your answer is recorded with the call.
2. Website form. On our request page (taurus-iq.com/b/gaje/request) you enter your name and mobile number and may check a box, unchecked by default, labeled: "I agree to receive text messages from Gaje Contracting about my request (confirmations and follow-ups). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." You must actively check the box and submit the form to consent.

You are never added to texting from a purchased list or a third party - consent is always given directly by you.

What messages you'll receive

Only messages related to the request or service you asked about: appointment confirmations and reminders, information, quotes or links you requested, and follow-ups. No marketing. Examples:

• "Gaje Contracting: Thanks for calling. We have your request for a slab evaluation at 123 E Main St. JR will call you to set a time. Questions? Call (480) 219-3679. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Gaje Contracting: JR can come out Thu Oct 16 at 9:00 AM for your evaluation. Reply YES to confirm, or text a time that works better. Reply STOP to opt out."

Frequency, rates, opt-out

Message frequency varies with your activity (typically 1-5 messages per request). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP - you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at repair@gajecontracting.com / (480) 219-3679.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
